The major subjects taught: -
Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Microbiology and Microbial Genetics, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Plant Biotechnology, Fermentation & Bioprocess Technology, Biostatistics and Bioinformatics, Herbal Biotechnology, Enzymology, Immunology, Environmental Biotechnology, Genomics& Proteomics, Immunotechnology, IPR, Bioethics & Bio-entrepreneurship, Biological Tools and Techniques, Genetic Engineering and Applications etc.
The M.Sc. students undertake dissertation work in last semester in view to orient them towards research in diverse areas of Biotechnology. Students also participate in seminars and workshops to enhance their communication and comprehension skills.
