Proctorial Board

The major objective of the Proctorial board is to enforce discipline and ensure the maintenance of good academic environment throughout the University. The Proctor, a statutory officer of the University, is the head of the Proctorial board and is assisted by Deputy Proctor and Assistant Proctors. The Proctor office comprises Proctorial board and Anti-ragging committee, as the major committees to control the different sphere of discipline. 

 A clearly defined and elaborate Code of Conduct has been developed and the observance of the same is mandatory for all students. Any breach of the Code of Conduct shall be deemed to be a breach of discipline and would render the defaulter punishable under the rules of the University. Students are, therefore, advised to read carefully and abide by the Code of Conduct set out in this brochure and help to ensure the maintenance of a congenial environment for the pursuit of knowledge and a harmonious relationship among all stakeholders.
